Annual inspection, code retrofits, and on-call service.
Systems EMS installed, and systems we didn't. We test every device, file required AHJ paperwork, and address deficiencies before they become violations.

What an inspection actually includes.
Fire alarm — annual
Every device exercised: smokes, heats, pulls, horn-strobes, duct detectors. NFPA 72 documentation. Filed with the city.
Sprinkler tie-in & water-flow
Tamper, flow, and supervisory signals tested. Required annually in commercial buildings.
Battery & backup
Every panel battery load-tested. Cellular signal verified. Replaced before failure, not after.
Access control audit
Door hardware, REX, fire-alarm release, mag-lock fail-safe, audit log review.
Camera & NVR check
Every camera focus, exposure, and IR check; NVR storage and backup verified; firmware patched.
Code retrofit
When code or AHJ requirements change, we plan and budget the retrofit — not panic-replace under a violation.
Real techs, not a ticket queue.
Most of our service calls are handled by the same tech who originally installed your system. We dispatch by urgency, not by SLA fine print.
Active alarm/fire issue
Same-day response on critical life-safety or active alarm signal failures.
Equipment fault
Within 1–3 business days for non-urgent service tickets, or per your service plan SLA.
After-hours emergency
On-call rotation for fire and intrusion. A real human answers, not an answering service.
Inherit a system that needs attention?
We inspect, document, and bring older systems into current code — without panic-replacing under a violation.
